The Learning and Development Manager (Grade VI) will report to the HR Manager or another designated officer.

The role of the Learning and Development Manager is to provide oversight of the learning and development of the workforce, identification of learning needs and resourcing of solutions to equip the workforce with the appropriate knowledge, skills and competencies required to deliver the service needs.
