What You Need to Know
At University Hospital Kerry (UHK), we are pleased to announce the launch of our new Protected and Assisted Mealtimes initiative at UHK. This program is designed to enhance our patients’ dining experience by ensuring they receive the necessary assistance and support during mealtimes.
To facilitate this, we ask that visitors avoid entering the ward during the specified mealtimes, as all non-urgent activities will be paused to allow our staff to focus on assisting our patients. Visitors who wish to help a relative or friend with their meal are welcome to do so during these times.
